RavenBI has made and continues to make a substantial investment in obtaining, verifying, normalising, structuring and presenting the contents of its database — including entity resolution between brands, products, advertisements, landing pages and ingredients, classification against controlled vocabularies, and the maintenance of historical snapshots.
RavenBI reserves all rights in the database available under applicable law, including sui generis database rights where the legal requirements are met, and prohibits the extraction or re-utilisation of the whole or of a substantial part of the database, as well as the repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts.
Advertising creatives, product images, brand names, logos and trademarks displayed within RavenBI remain the property of their respective owners.
RavenBI displays such material for the purpose of identification, research, analysis and commentary on advertising activity in the food supplement market.
Reference to or display of a third-party trademark within RavenBI is for identification and analytical purposes only.
