This policy forms part of the RavenBI Terms of Service. It applies to every user of the platform, including users under enterprise agreements.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download or bulk-extract content from RavenBI by any automated means.
Automated access to the service requires our prior, express and written consent. We may provide a dedicated interface and impose technical conditions and limits (e.g., rate limits) which you agree to comply with.
You may not circumvent rate limits, query limits, export limits, access controls or authentication, nor use multiple accounts to exceed the limits of a single subscription.
Each seat is for the sole use of one named individual. Credentials may not be shared, transferred or used concurrently by multiple persons.
Where usage patterns are consistent with credential sharing, RavenBI may investigate and, where reasonably necessary, temporarily restrict access.
On the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), we proportionately monitor usage patterns (e.g., query volumes, access frequency, login attempts) to detect and prevent violations of these Terms and abuse of the service. We do not use this data for marketing profiling; we retain it only as long as necessary for the above purposes and for documentation.
Sharing access credentials constitutes a material breach and grounds for termination for cause with immediate effect.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent or lend access to RavenBI; publish or distribute bulk data or systematic extracts; build or populate a separate database from RavenBI outputs; or provide third parties with paid or unpaid access.
Normal use is permitted. You may reproduce individual charts, figures and insights in internal documents, presentations and reports, identifying RavenBI as the source.
Agencies may use RavenBI outputs in deliverables prepared for their own clients, provided the outputs are incorporated into the agency's own analysis and are not delivered as raw RavenBI data or as a substitute for a RavenBI subscription.
RavenBI outputs may not be used to create, train, fine-tune, benchmark, enrich or operate any product, service or dataset that substitutes for, competes with, or materially replicates RavenBI.
Training, fine-tuning, distillation, or use of RavenBI results (including scores, classifications, analyses, explanations, forecasts, reports, and visualizations) as training data is prohibited — regardless of architecture, purpose, or use case. It is also prohibited to pass such results to an artificial intelligence service provider that, under its terms, acquires rights in the provided data or may reuse it for training. Use of RavenBI results in an assistant for your own analysis is permitted, provided the processing is strictly for the customer’s internal use (including internal vector indexing) and grants no rights in the results to any third party.
You may not perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or load testing without prior written authorisation; upload malicious code; or attempt to access data belonging to other customers.
If you discover a vulnerability, tell us. We will not pursue researchers who report in good faith and give us reasonable time to respond.
You may not use RavenBI for unlawful surveillance, harassment or defamation, or for any activity prohibited by applicable law.
You may not attempt to identify or re-identify natural persons from aggregated data.
You may not present RavenBI estimates as audited figures, attribute to RavenBI conclusions it did not produce, or use RavenBI outputs to make claims about a competitor that the underlying data does not support.
This clause protects you as much as us. An estimate presented as a fact is a liability for whoever publishes it.
RavenBI may suspend or terminate access with immediate effect for breach of this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may also give rise to claims for damages.
