Amazon Supplement Trends 2026: 50 Products With Strong Traction and Low Meta Ad Pressure

Most supplement competitive research separates advertising from commerce. We matched both — active Meta ads and Amazon traction — product by product.

The RavenBI radar tracks over 110,000 Amazon listings in total, including listings on Amazon's European marketplaces (amazon.de, .co.uk, .fr, .it, .es), connected to the Meta advertising activity of more than 2,600 supplement brands. That connection makes one question much easier to answer when ad and Amazon data are usually analysed separately: which products are gaining on Amazon while their brands show little active Meta advertising?

Data source: RavenBI Market Intelligence, measured 24 September 2026. Amazon sales figures below are the "bought in past month" numbers Amazon itself displays (via licensed Amazon data) — observed, not estimated. Ad counts are active ad creatives observed in Meta's public Ad Library. Both change weekly.

Short answer: RavenBI found 796 Amazon supplement listings with rising displayed monthly sales and light or zero active Meta advertising, out of 7,827 tracked listings with meaningful volume. The strongest under-advertised pockets are hydration, gentle mineral forms, digestive relief, kids' formats and value packs — the top 10 products are published below.

How we found under-advertised supplement products on Amazon

For the matrix, we took every tracked listing across the five marketplaces above with meaningful volume — at least 50 units/month displayed sold and a measurable 90-day sales trend: 7,827 products. For each one we asked two questions: is its displayed monthly sales figure rising or falling over 90 days, and how many active Meta ad creatives does its brand run right now?

That gives each product a simple position: rising or falling on Amazon, with heavy or light Meta activity.

Amazon sales ↑ (≥+15% / 90d) Amazon sales ↓ (≤−15% / 90d)
Meta ads: heavy (20+ creatives) Validated & competitive — 960 products Advertising push without commerce behind it — 1,080 products
Meta ads: light or none Under-advertised traction — 796 products Cooling — 970 products

(The remaining 4,021 products are flat on the Amazon side.)

Three of these cells are useful context. One is a shortlist for deeper investigation.

  • Amazon ↑ + Meta heavy — the validated battlegrounds. Real demand, but likely more competitive paid-social entry.
  • Amazon ↓ + Meta heavy — 1,080 products where advertising is pushing against a falling sales trend. Worth knowing before you copy anyone's "winning" ads: some of the loudest advertisers on Meta are in this cell.
  • Amazon ↓ + Meta light — cooling products. Nothing to do here except not launch into them.
  • Amazon ↑ + Meta light or zero: 796 products from 129 brands. Demand that appears to be growing without much visible Meta support from the brand. For a competitor, each one is a question: what does this product have that nobody is paying to say?

The Amazon Market view in RavenBI

The Amazon layer in RavenBI: categories on the move, competitors out of stock — and "Sells on Amazon, silent on Meta", the live version of exactly this article's question.

From those 796 we filtered to the strongest cases — at least 300 units/month displayed and a rising trend — and curated a list of 50 across markets and categories. The top 10 are published below; RavenBI subscribers can see the full 50, live and re-ranked daily, with ads, listings, ingredients and claim context.

* "Monthly sold" is the figure Amazon displays on the listing ("bought in past month"), shown here as Amazon bucket floors such as 1,000 or 10,000 — observed, not our estimate. The 90-day trend is the change in that figure. Ad counts are the brand's distinct active creatives observed in Meta's public Ad Library on measurement day, not necessarily SKU-specific ads.

What the 50 have in common — five patterns

1. Hydration is the clearest quiet-growth cluster in this cut. Electrolyte powders, tablets and zero-sugar sticks dominate the high-volume end of the list — sanotact and Science in Sport both at five-figure monthly volumes with three active ads each, and Applied Nutrition, Dextro Energy and several private labels close behind. The cluster looks commerce-led in this dataset: strong Amazon traction with relatively few visible Meta creatives from the brands behind these listings.

2. "Gentle" mineral forms are converting. Magnesium bisglycinate and iron bisglycinate listings recur throughout the 50 (VitaBright, Solgar and others) — the premium-form story can be carried by the listing page itself, especially when the search term already contains the form.

3. Digestive relief is gaining with low visible Meta ad support. Colon-support complexes, anti-bloating formulas and magnesium-potassium sachets (Vinco +73%, Zymerex +52%, L'Angelica +48%, Sustenium +45%) — mostly Italian and UK listings, mostly under five active ads. In this sample, the wave is not yet matched by much visible Meta activity from the brands behind the rising listings.

4. Kids' formats keep compounding. Multivitamin softies and gummies (Haliborange, Bassetts) show double-digit increases in displayed monthly sold with minimal observed Meta advertising — suggesting that repeat purchase, format familiarity and existing brand trust may be doing some of the work paid ads do elsewhere.

5. Value packs win the reorder. Year-supply B12, 180-to-360-count bottles, multi-month bundles — among rising listings, large-count SKUs appear disproportionately often. For replenishment categories, the buyer may need less education and more value per reorder.

How to use under-advertised Amazon supplement trends

And how not to:

  • Not as a launch list. A rising listing is a signal, not a launch verdict. The moat may be retail history, reviews, price, subscribe-and-save behaviour, or a claim you cannot legally repeat. Check the full picture per product before committing anything.
  • As a positioning map: each cluster above marks demand that exists without an advertising war. Entering with ads where nobody advertises is a very different bet from out-bidding three incumbents.
  • As a watchlist seed: the brands behind these products are moving; several appear in our radar with rising launch activity in other categories too.

One more honest note: this photograph ages fast. Amazon's displayed sales figures update continuously, and a product that was under-advertised in September can be someone's hero campaign by November — that's usually how these windows close.
